As Co-Lead of our Client Experience team, Scott focuses on engaging Olmstead clients about their distribution (sales, marketing and servicing) business operations, sales enablement tools, information management and improving user adoption.
Scott has over three decades of experience in the asset management industry. He held roles at American Century that focused on sales and product management. While with Ivy Investments, Scott supported sales operations through efficient management of several sales enablement systems and business information management. Additionally, Scott has experience working with sales enablement systems as an end-user. Scott was an internal wholesaler and applies his perspective on how solutions can best be implemented to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and deliver quality service to clients.
Scott is a Kansas City native and graduate of Truman State University and Rockhurst University. In his free time, Scott is an active leader for the Boy Scouts of America and professional musician.
