Ed brings over 20 years of experience in the Asset Management and Asset Servicing businesses where he has held various leadership positions. He has experience in leading operating model transformations, middle office outsourcing, application selections, master data management projects, and has outlined and facilitated business & data strategy, data governance, and information delivery & business intelligence solutions. Ed has also led enterprise-level operational teams overseeing the management of key data domains. He utilizes his background in both business processing and technology to help bridge the gap between business strategy and technical solutioning.
Prior to joining Olmstead, Ed was a Vice President and Director of Enterprise Data Operations at Federated Hermes, Inc. In this role, Ed directed enterprise-level operations teams chartered with supporting data management, business analysis, business intelligence, and data strategy. Ed also served as a Vice President and Manager of Business and Product Services at Bank of New York Mellon Asset Servicing, providing data services to BNY Mellon’s global outsourcing clients.
Ed holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a dual business and information systems degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
