Olmstead Associates, a leading business and systems consulting and training firm to the securities industry, has announced appointments designed to strengthen its business development and recruiting capabilities and position itself for future growth.

Robert Mansmann joins Olmstead Associates as Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing.  Bob has over 35 years in financial services having held senior management positions in industry and consulting.  Prior to Olmstead, Bob was with Capco where he was responsible for client and business development in the Northeast.  Before that, Bob was with iGATE Patni where he was responsible for bringing to market solutions to help buy-side firms reduce operational risk.  His career also includes successfully building and managing sales teams while establishing and managing client relationships with Citi, Bank of America, BNY Mellon, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, State Street; along with Tier 1 institutional asset managers.

Karyn Banks joins Olmstead Associates as a Senior Recruiter.  Karyn is a Recruiting Professional with over twelve years of experience in staffing and hiring, primarily for Financial Consulting Companies.   She works with senior to executive level professionals with extensive depth in technology, finance, accounting and business process optimization.  In each consulting environment she works in, Karyn manages the full life cycle recruiting and hiring process in a way that emphasizes efficiency and effectiveness.  Prior to Olmstead, Karyn held recruiting manager positions at Titus and Parsons Consulting.
