Project Manager

Responsible for providing Project Management services for one large or multiple small projects. Activities include coordinating resources, schedules, task assignments, project plans, creating and updating presentations, and often performs data analysis. Serves as a contact with internal customers. Provides advice on methods and recommends changes in project management processes, standards and strategies. Provides resolution of major issues and manages project interdependencies and handoffs. Manages overall project communication and resolves issues. Participated in the development of recommendations regarding process design solutions and process improvements.

Business Analyst

Defines business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, and researching and resolving issues. Participates in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans, managing issue logs and preparing project documentation. Analyzes current processes and recommends solutions and improved processes. May also oversee the acquisition, analysis and dissemination of subject matter knowledge. Provides technical and business knowledge to clients. Keeps abreast of technological and competitive developments. Conducts research on industry practices and standards and other benchmarking data.

Q/A Engineer

Develops and executes test cases. May develop high level test plans. Documents problems identified in testing and reports results. Manages the execution of multiple, complex test plans. Diagnoses system problems and recommends solutions. Participates in the definition and design of new systems and enhancements. Serves as a subject matter resource for testing, systems and business line staff. Performs test preparation activities, including developing test schedules and defining expected test results. Compares test results to expected results. Documents and tracks bugs, problems and limitations and retests.
